Magnesium May Help Control High Blood Pressure

Having a fully realized magnesium deficiency is rare. But if you’ve been diagnosed with hypertension or pre-hypertension, then your high blood pressure could partially be a result of a magnesium deficiency. Symptoms of a magnesium deficiency range from mild to severe and may include a loss of appetite, fatigue and weakness, and even vomiting.
